You'd be joining a Daikin-partnered, NICEIC-certified business with a reputation for quality and a genuine, straight-talking way of working. Air Conditioning Engineer
Installing split-system air conditioning and servicing existing systems for homes and businesses across Sussex, working alongside our director.
What we're looking for:
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Experience installing and servicing split systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Tidy, professional and confident with customers — you'll be working in people's homes
Pay
£36,000 starting, rising to £45,000+ for an experienced engineer — plus a sign-written company van.
Trainee Engineer
A hands-on route into the trade — assisting on installs and servicing, learning alongside experienced engineers and working towards your F-Gas and industry qualifications.
What we're looking for:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Some experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A good attitude with customers and clean, tidy presentation
- Reliable, keen to learn and happy on the tools
Pay
£20,000 starting, with full training and a clear path to a qualified engineer's salary.
Office / Service Coordinator
Keeping the business running behind the scenes — answering enquiries, booking work into the diary, ordering units and parts, and coordinating between customers and engineers.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar admin, scheduling or coordination role
- Confident and friendly with customers by phone and email
- Well organised, with good written English
- Trade or HVAC experience a real bonus (but we'll help you learn the ropes)
Pay
£16 per hour, around 20 hours a week (flexible), growing with the business.
All roles are permanent, following a 3-month probation period.
